Ah yoga, even just the sound of the word, yoga, has a calming essence to it.
Meditation, put simply, is the practice of strengthening your ability to control your thoughts and mind to achieve greater peace, calm and enlightenment.
Bringing the palms together and then bringing the hands to the heart center. Every single time I follow that flow, in any posture, it brings me joy.
